Frequently Asked Questions:
- I can't touch my toes, can I still do yoga? Of course you can! Flexibility or physical prowess is absolutely not a requirement to join our classes.
- I have some health issues, can I join your class? We are very pleased to discuss any issues with you before you join the class including existing injuries, illness or physical limitations. We encourage each person in our class to practice yoga according to their own ability and advance at their own rate. If your particular issues require specialised help, we are pleased to offer one-to-one tuition. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
- Do I need to book in advance for a drop-in place? Drop-in places are available in all classes unless otherwise specified on the timetable. Drop-ins are very welcome, no need to book in advance.
- Do I need to bring a yoga mat? We have some yoga mats available to borrow, please bring your own mat if you have one.
