Our classes bring together the flow, alignment and core stability of ashtanga yoga (primary, intermediate and advanced series) with further breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques to create a strengthening and restorative yoga practice.
Drop-in places are available in all classes unless otherwise specified on the timetable below.
