In our new project 'Yogapod Postcards', we are making pocket-sized yoga practices that you can access on our website. Just like our regular classes, we aim to make these short practices relevant, revitalising and restorative. You can join these little booster practices anytime, anywhere. We hope you enjoy them!

Daniel and Olivia are Senior Yoga Teachers with over 25 years experience, registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals. Our classes bring together the flow, alignment and core stability of ashtanga yoga with further breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques to create a dynamic and restorative yoga practice. This practice helps to align the body and spine, to improve concentration and to build strength, flexibility and balance. We welcome all levels of experience, from complete beginners as well as those with many years experience.
