Our children's yoga classes are engaging, informative and fun!
We teach yoga workshops and courses in primary and secondary schools. These workshops focus on improving physical and mental health, and explore concepts of respect, empathy and compassion. We interweave anatomical, geographical and cultural facts and philosophical concepts with group games, yoga exercises and accessible meditation techniques. It’s much more than just touching your toes! We work on improving strength, flexibility and coordination with yoga exercises; consider ways of relaxation and reflection; practice methods to improve concentration and self-confidence; learn amazing facts about bones and muscles; explore interesting ideas about yoga philosophy.
